The work of rangers protecting nature requires not only dedication but also resilience in the face of challenges, especially in harsh weather conditions. We are pleased to continue the initiative aimed at supporting those who safeguard the unique environment of the Aralkum National Park in Uzbekistan.
As part of this program, 35 staff members of the national park received modern winter field uniforms and high-quality footwear. These essential pieces of equipment help them tackle daily challenges and remain effective even in the harsh winter conditions.
“This equipment is not just a convenience but an essential tool that makes our work safer and more efficient. We are grateful for the support and attention to our work,” shared Nurlibaev Mirbek, a ranger at the Oralkum National Park.
Rangers play a vital role in preserving ecosystems, protecting rare species such as the saiga antelope, and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation. Modern equipment provides them with comfort and safety, which is especially important in their demanding work.
