Project
Evaluating Public Engagement for Ural Saiga Conservation - C. Samuel
Carlyn Samuel evaluated a public-engagement project developed for conservation of the Ural saiga population in Kazakhstan. The research examined how the initiative was reaching its audience and what could be learned about the effectiveness of engagement as part of saiga conservation.
The study provided structured feedback on an active conservation programme and helped identify lessons for the design and evaluation of future public-engagement work. It strengthened the evidence available for understanding how communication and participation can support saiga conservation.
