Monitoring Migratory Herds at Lake Elton - S. Aitkulova
Svetlana Aitkulova developed a monitoring system for migratory saiga herds on the territory of the Lake Elton Biosphere Reserve in Russia. The project focused on creating a more systematic way to record saiga presence and movements through an area used during migration.
The project developed a more structured monitoring approach for migratory saigas using the reserve, strengthening the basis for recording their presence and movements over time.
