Project
Saiga Awareness for Residents and Tourists - K. Moldakhmet
Kulpash Zheniskyzy Moldakhmet worked to share information about saiga conservation with local residents and tourists visiting a village in Kazakhstan to see saigas. The project used the presence of visitors as an opportunity to communicate responsible behaviour and the importance of conserving the animals and their habitat.
The project delivered locally led outreach for residents and visitors, placing conservation information alongside growing interest in seeing saigas in the area.
