Saiga Migration Around Baskunchak Lake - P. Amosov
Pavel Amosov studied the status of saigas and their conservation needs during migration through the Lake Baskunchak area in Russia. The project focused on a landscape used by moving animals and sought to improve understanding of when and how saigas used the area.
The work generated information on saiga presence and migration around Lake Baskunchak, strengthening the evidence available for local conservation attention and future monitoring.
