Stepnoi Anti-Poaching and Public Engagement - A. Khludnev
Anatoliy Khludnev continued anti-poaching and public-engagement activities centred on Stepnoi Reserve in Russia. The project linked practical protection work with communication and engagement, reflecting the need both to safeguard saigas on the ground and to build support for their conservation among people living around the reserve.
The grant helped maintain protection and outreach activity at Stepnoi and supported continuity in a place where saiga conservation requires a persistent local presence.
